Welcome to the web site for the Environmental Law Forum.

This is an annual gathering of the leading environmental law specialists from across Canada, focusing on the most pressing and interesting issues that are arising in that field each year.

Participation is by invitation. The purpose of the Forum is to facilitate a high-level exchange of ideas and in-depth dialogue on issues that are vital to the regulatory aspects of this practice.

Participants come from across Canada, and often include guests from the United States, to explore shared issues. The group includes practicing lawyers and academics. The Forum gives this group the opportunity to explore new ideas, benchmark their thinking against the country's best, and build relationships with their peers in other firms.
